Our Venta del Barón Pedro Ximénez Gourmet Vinegar 100ml with ProtectedDesignation of Origin Montilla and Moriles, is made from selected oloroso wine vinegars from the emblematic Bodegas Toro Albalá, with a tradition of more than 50 years of ageing in Barrel.

It is made from a reduction of raisined Pedro Ximénez grape must. The result is a vinegar of great aromatic complexity and singular persistence in the mouth.

Venta del Barón Gourmet Pedro Ximénez vinegar adds a touch of freshness and complexity to blue cheeses, foie gras, spicy meats, salads and sauces.
