Today, we want to share our tradition with you. The work and passion of the hands that, for more than 70 years, during each December, travel the Subbética mountain range of Córdoba to obtain the 3 varieties of olives, Picual, Hojiblanca and Picuda, with which we elaborate under the same recipe “of a lifetime” and the same artisanal process of our ancestors, one of the best oils with DO Priego de Córdoba.
