Where I can get my order?

The field of online sales includes the entire national and international territory and you can receive it at the delivery address that you provide us.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

When can I receive my order?

The shipment is made through first line transport services (Correos de España, MRW, SEUR, UPS) from our warehouse in Priego de Córdoba. Once the order is placed, it is delivered within a maximum period of 4 working days (Monday to Friday, not holidays) in Spain. Remember that the order will be prepared within 24 hours after receiving the payment.

All our orders are delivered at home and in the name of a recipient. In the case of not being present at the time of delivery, the carriers will leave a note indicating if they make a new attempt or if the client must pick it up at the office.

Returns

Can I return all the items?

Whenever you have to return or exchange a product, contact us so we can tell you how to proceed. The condition is that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. In this case, after receiving the returned product, we will immediately pay you the amount, but not the shipping costs. Of course, you can also change or return any product that has arrived in the wrong or in poor condition, what you will have to do is very simple: we will send you a “return delivery note” by email that you will have to print and place in a package, opaque and well protected, together with the product and all its accessories. A carrier will come to your home to pick it up within two business days. If it cannot find you, it will leave you a notification so that you can agree on a pick-up time or for you to deposit it at the office. Once we have received the package and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of it immediately.

How long do I have to make a return?

You can return any product, if you notify us within 15 days from the day you received it and without having to give any explanation.
